Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment or using our services.

IMPORTANT: By booking an appointment, contacting us, visiting our location, or using our website — you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part, please do not proceed with booking.

Appointment & Visit Policy

🚫 We do NOT provide home visit services. Under no circumstances will our artist travel to any customer's home, event venue, or any location outside our studio in Lathidad, Botad, Gujarat.

All appointments are strictly for scheduling a time slot for the customer to visit our studio location. Booking an appointment does NOT entitle the customer to any home visit or outdoor service.

By booking, you agree to the following:

You will personally travel to our studio at the scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation at our discretion.
Appointments manage workload and reduce waiting time — they are NOT a guarantee of home visits.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any rude or disrespectful customer.

📍 Service available only at our studio in Lathidad, Botad District, Gujarat. Customers must make their own travel arrangements.

Mahendi Cone — Materials Policy

Customer's Own Cone: You are welcome to bring your own mahendi cone from any supplier. We will apply the design using your cone.
Our Cone: We offer our own quality mahendi cone, available for purchase at our studio.
Third-Party Cones: If you bring your own cone, Shree Hari Mahendi Art takes NO responsibility for its quality, safety, ingredients, or any adverse reaction caused by it.
Our Right: We may refuse to use any customer-provided cone that we consider unsafe or of poor quality.

💡 Inform us in advance if you plan to bring your own cone.

Allergy & Health Disclaimer

⚠️ ZERO LIABILITY: Shree Hari Mahendi Art and its artist accept NO legal, financial, or medical liability for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, burns, rashes, discoloration, scarring, or any other adverse health effects from mahendi application — whether using our cone or a customer-provided cone.

By proceeding with our service, you confirm:

You have informed us of any known skin allergies or sensitivities before the appointment.
You have done a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
You take full personal responsibility for any skin reaction or health effect.
You will NOT hold us liable for any medical costs, treatment, or loss arising from a reaction.
Black henna (PPD-based) carries higher risk. Patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

🏥 If you experience any unusual reaction, please seek immediate medical attention. We cannot provide medical advice or treatment.

Design & Result Disclaimer

All design images on our website are for reference and inspiration only.
Final results vary based on skin type, tone, condition, temperature, humidity, and aftercare.
Mahendi color intensity varies per individual — we cannot guarantee a specific shade.
Designs are hand-crafted. Minor variations from the reference image are natural and expected.
Durability depends on aftercare and skin type — we are not responsible for early fading.

Booking, Cancellation & Payment

Confirmation: Appointment confirmed only when acknowledged by us via WhatsApp or call.
Cancellation: Please inform us at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Payment: Due at time of service. Prices may vary based on design complexity and time taken.
Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised at the time of service, not after leaving.

Photography & Media

We may photograph completed designs for our portfolio and social media. By receiving our service, you grant implied consent.
If you do NOT wish to be photographed, inform us before the service begins.
Publishing false or defamatory reviews about our business may result in legal action under Indian law.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Gujarat. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Botad District, Gujarat. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ બુક કરતા પહેલા અથવા અમારી સેવાઓનો ઉપયોગ કરતા પહેલા કૃપા કરીને આ નિયમો ધ્યાનથી વાંચો.

મહત્વપૂર્ણ: અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ બુક કરીને, અમારો સંપર્ક કરીને, અમારી જગ્યાએ આવીને, અથવા અમારી વેબસાઇટનો ઉપયોગ કરીને — તમે પુષ્ટિ કરો છો કે તમે નીચેના તમામ નિયમો અને શરતો સંપૂર્ણ રીતે વાંચ્યા છે, સમજ્યા છે, અને સ્વીકાર્યા છે. જો તમે કોઈપણ ભાગ સાથે સંમત ન હોવ, તો કૃપા કરીને બુકિંગ કરશો નહીં.

અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ અને મુલાકાત નીતિ

🚫 અમે ઘરે આવતા નથી: શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટ કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં ઘરે આવવાની (Home Visit) સેવા આપતી નથી. અમારા કલાકાર ગ્રાહકના ઘરે, ઇવેન્ટ સ્થળ પર, કે અમારા સ્ટુડિયો (લાઠીદડ, બોટાદ) સિવાયના કોઈપણ સ્થળે આવશે નહીં.

બધી અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ ફક્ત ગ્રાહકને અમારી જગ્યાએ આવવા માટે સમય નિર્ધારિત કરવા માટે જ છે. અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ બુક કરવાથી ગ્રાહકને ઘરે આવવાની કે બહારની સેવાનો કોઈ અધિકાર મળતો નથી.

બુકિંગ કરીને, તમે નીચેની બાબતો સ્વીકારો છો:

નિર્ધારિત સમયે તમે અમારી જગ્યાએ વ્યક્તિગત રીતે મુસાફરી કરીને આવશો.
મોડા આવવાથી સેવાનો સમય ઓછો થઈ શકે છે અથવા અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ રદ થઈ શકે છે.
અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ ફક્ત ભીડ ઘટાડવા અને સમય-વ્યવસ્થા માટે છે — તે ઘર-મુલાકાતની ગેરંટી નથી.
અભદ્ર યા ખરાબ વ્યવહાર કરનાર ગ્રાહકને સેવા ન આપવાનો અધિકાર અમારી પાસે સુરક્ષિત છે.

📍 અમારી સેવા ફક્ત લાઠીદડ, બોટાદ જિલ્લો, ગુજરાતના અમારા સ્ટુડિયો પર જ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. ગ્રાહકોએ જાતે આવવા-જવાની વ્યવસ્થા કરવાની રહેશે.

મહેંદી કોન — સામગ્રી નીતિ

ગ્રાહકનો પોતાનો કોન: તમે તમારી પસંદગીના કોઈપણ સપ્લાયર પાસેથી મહેંદી કોન લઈ આવી શકો છો. અમે તમારા કોન વડે ડિઝાઇન બનાવીશું.
અમારો કોન: અમે અમારો પોતાનો ઉચ્ચ ગુણવત્તાવાળો મહેંદી કોન પણ ઓફર કરીએ છીએ, જે અમારા સ્ટુડિયો પર ખરીદી શકાય છે.
ગ્રાહક-આપેલો કોન: જો તમે પોતાનો કોન લાવો છો, તો શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટ તેની ગુણવત્તા, સુરક્ષા, સામગ્રી, યા તેનાથી થતી કોઈપણ આડઅસર માટે જવાબદાર નથી.
ઇનકારનો અધિકાર: અમે અસુરક્ષિત યા નબળી ગુણવત્તાનો ગ્રાહક-આપેલો કોન વાપરવાનો ઇનકાર કરી શકીએ છીએ.

💡 જો તમે પોતાનો કોન લાવવાનું આયોજન કરો છો, તો અગાઉથી અમને જાણ કરો.

એલર્જી અને સ્વાસ્થ્ય અસ્વીકૃતિ

⚠️ શૂન્ય જવાબદારી: શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટ, તેના કલાકાર, અને સંકળાયેલા તમામ પક્ષો મહેંદી લગાવ્યા પછી ઉત્પન્ન થઈ શકે તેવી કોઈપણ એલર્જી, ત્વચાની બળતરા, ફોલ્લીઓ, દાઝવું, કાયમી ડાઘ, યા અન્ય કોઈપણ પ્રતિકૂળ સ્વાસ્થ્ય અસર માટે કાયદાકીય, આર્થિક, યા તબીબી જવાબદારી સ્વીકારતા નથી — ભલે પછી અમારો કોન વપરાયો હોય કે ગ્રાહકનો.

અમારી સેવા મેળવીને, તમે પુષ્ટિ કરો છો કે:

અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ પહેલાં તમે ત્વચાની કોઈ જાણીતી એલર્જી યા સંવેદનશીલતા અંગે અમને જણાવ્યું છે.
ત્વચાની સંવેદનશીલતા હોય તો તમે પેચ ટેસ્ટ (Patch Test) કર્યો છે.
કોઈપણ પ્રતિકૂળ પ્રતિક્રિયા માટે તમે પૂરી વ્યક્તિગત જવાબદારી લો છો.
તમે શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટને કોઈપણ તબીબી ખર્ચ, સારવાર, કે નુકસાન માટે જવાબદાર ઠેરવશો નહીં.
બ્લેક મહેંદી (PPD-આધારિત) વધારે જોખમ ધરાવે છે — અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટના ઓછામાં ઓછા ૪૮ કલાક પહેલાં પેચ ટેસ્ટ કરાવવો જરૂરી છે.

🏥 સેવા દરમિયાન યા પછી કોઈ અસામાન્ય પ્રતિક્રિયા થાય તો તાત્કાલિક તબીબી સહાય લો. અમે ડૉક્ટર નથી અને સલાહ યા સારવાર આપી શકતા નથી.

ડિઝાઇન અને પરિણામ અસ્વીકૃતિ

અમારી વેબસાઇટ પર દર્શાવેલી બધી ડિઝાઇન ફોટાઓ ફક્ત સંદર્ભ (Reference) અને પ્રેરણા માટે છે.
અંતિમ પરિણામ ત્વચાનો પ્રકાર, રંગ, સ્થિતિ, તાપમાન, ભેજ, અને આફ્ટરકેર (Aftercare) પર આધારિત રહેશે.
મહેંદીના રંગની તીવ્રતા દરેક વ્યક્તિએ અલગ હોય છે — અમે કોઈ ચોક્કસ રંગની ગેરંટી આપી શકતા નથી.
ડિઝાઇન હાથ દ્વારા બનાવેલી હોય છે — રેફરન્સ ફોટાથી થોડો ફેરફાર આવવો સ્વાભાવિક છે.
ડિઝાઇનનું ટકાઉપણું આફ્ટરકેર અને ત્વચા પર આધારિત છે — જલ્દી ઝાંખી થવા માટે અમારી જવાબદારી નથી.

બુકિંગ, રદ્દીકરણ અને ચૂકવણી

કન્ફર્મેશન: અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ ત્યારે જ પાક્કી મનાશે જ્યારે અમે વોટ્સએપ (WhatsApp) યા કૉલ દ્વારા મંજૂરી આપીશું.
રદ્દીકરણ: નિર્ધારિત સમયના ઓછામાં ઓછા ૨ કલાક પહેલાં અમને જણાવો. વારંવાર જાણ કર્યા વિના ન આવવા પર (No-Show) ભવિષ્યના બુકિંગ નકારવામાં આવી શકે છે.
ચૂકવણી: સેવા સમયે જ પૂરી રકમ આપવાની રહેશે. કિંમત ડિઝાઇનની જટિલતા અને સમય અનુસાર બદલાઈ શકે છે.
વિવાદ: કોઈપણ ચૂકવણીનો વિવાદ સેવા સમયે જ ઉઠાવવો, ત્યાંથી ગયા પછી નહીં.

ફોટોગ્રાફી અને મીડિયા

અમે અમારા પોર્ટફોલિયો અને સોશિયલ મીડિયા માટે પૂરી થયેલી ડિઝાઇનના ફોટા લઈ શકીએ છીએ. સેવા મેળવીને તમારી અંતર્નિહિત સંમતિ મનાય છે.
જો તમે તમારો ફોટો ન ઈચ્છતા હોવ, તો સેવા શરૂ થતા પહેલાં અમને જણાવો.
ખોટી માહિતી સાથે નકારાત્મક સમીક્ષા (Review) પ્રકાશિત કરવી એ ભારતીય કાયદા હેઠળ કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહીનો વિષય બની શકે છે.

જવાબદારીની મર્યાદા અને કાયદાકીય અધિકારક્ષેત્ર

આ નિયમો ભારત અને ગુજરાત રાજ્યના કાયદા દ્વારા નિયંત્રિત છે. કોઈપણ વિવાદ માટે બોટાદ જિલ્લાની અદાલતોનો જ અધિકારક્ષેત્ર લાગુ પડશે. કોઈપણ દાવા માટે અમારી કુલ જવાબદારી તે ચોક્કસ સેવા માટે ચૂકવેલી રકમથી વધારે રહેશે નહીં.
