No Home Visit — Strictly & Absolutely No

🚫 ABSOLUTELY NO HOME VISITS: Shree Hari Mahendi Art does not provide home visit services under any circumstances whatsoever. We are a studio-based service only. All customers are required to visit our studio in Lathidad, Botad District, Gujarat. Any person claiming to represent Shree Hari Mahendi Art and offering home visit services is NOT authorized and may be fraudulent. Please verify directly with us before making any payment to any such person.

This policy applies at all times — including festivals, wedding seasons, and all special occasions. We will not travel to any customer's home, venue, event hall, farm, or any outdoor location for service delivery, under any circumstances.

Allergy & Skin Reaction — Zero Liability

🏥 ZERO LIABILITY FOR ALLERGIC REACTIONS: Shree Hari Mahendi Art, its owner, artist, employees, and all associated parties accept NO legal, financial, or medical liability of any kind for allergic reactions, skin irritations, burns, blisters, permanent discoloration, scarring, or any other adverse health effects that may occur as a result of mahendi application — whether using our cone or a customer-provided cone.

By receiving our mahendi service, you unconditionally accept full personal responsibility for:

  • Any and all skin reactions or health effects arising from the mahendi application.
  • All medical treatment, hospitalization, or professional care required as a result.
  • Any loss of earnings, missed events, or psychological distress from skin reactions.

Customers with known skin allergies, eczema, psoriasis, or sensitive skin are strongly advised to consult a dermatologist before receiving mahendi service. A patch test is recommended at least 48 hours prior.

⚕️ We use natural henna. However, even natural henna can cause reactions in sensitive individuals. Black henna (PPD-based) carries significantly higher risks. Customers choosing such products do so entirely at their own risk.

Mahendi Cone — Material Disclaimer

  • If a customer brings their own cone, we accept NO responsibility for its quality, composition, safety, or any adverse effects caused by it.
  • We make no warranty about the quality, safety, or suitability of any third-party mahendi product.
  • We are not responsible for cones that fail to flow, dry out, or produce unexpected colors due to customer storage or handling.

Design Result Disclaimer

  • All design images are representative examples only. Actual results will vary.
  • We do not guarantee any specific design outcome, color intensity, or duration of mahendi stain.
  • Natural factors beyond our control — skin type, medications, humidity, temperature — affect the final result.
  • Prices shown on the website are indicative. Final pricing depends on design complexity and time taken.

શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટ દ્વારા આપેલી માહિતી અને સેવાઓ કોઈપણ પ્રકારની વોરંટી (Warranty) વિના "જેવી છે તેવી જ" ધોરણે આપેલી છે. અમારી સેવાઓનો ઉપયોગ સંપૂર્ણપણે તમારા પોતાના જોખમે છે. અમે તમામ પ્રકારની સ્પષ્ટ કે ગર્ભિત વોરંટી, પ્રતિનિધિત્વ અને શરતોનો સ્પષ્ટ ઇનકાર કરીએ છીએ.

ઘરે આવતા નથી — બિલકુલ અને સખતપણે નહીં

🚫 ઘરે આવતા બિલકુલ નથી: શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટ કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં, કોઈપણ પરિસ્થિતિમાં, ઘરે આવવાની (Home Visit) સેવા આપતી નથી. અમે ફક્ત સ્ટુડિયો-આધારિત (Studio-based) સેવા જ આપીએ છીએ. બધા ગ્રાહકોએ લાઠીદડ, બોટાદ જિલ્લો, ગુજરાતમાં આવેલા અમારા સ્ટુડિયો પર જાતે આવવાનું રહે છે. જો કોઈ વ્યક્તિ શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરવાનો દાવો કરીને ઘરે આવવાની સેવા ઓફર કરે, તો તે અમારા તરફથી માન્ય નથી અને ફ્રોડ (Fraud) હોઈ શકે છે. કોઈપણ વ્યક્તિને પેમેન્ટ કરતા પહેલા સીધા +91 8140475227 પર ખરાઈ (Verify) કરો.

આ નીતિ હંમેશા લાગુ પડે છે — તહેવારો, લગ્ન સીઝન, અને તમામ ખાસ પ્રસંગો દરમિયાન પણ. અમે કોઈપણ ગ્રાહકના ઘરે, ઇવેન્ટ હૉલ, ફાર્મ, યા બહારના કોઈપણ સ્થળે સેવા આપવા જતા નથી.

એલર્જી અને ત્વચા પ્રતિક્રિયા — શૂન્ય જવાબદારી

🏥 એલર્જિક પ્રતિક્રિયા માટે શૂન્ય જવાબદારી: શ્રી હરિ મહેંદી આર્ટ, તેના માલિક, કલાકાર, કર્મચારીઓ અને તમામ સંકળાયેલા પક્ષો મહેંદી લગાવ્યા પછી ઉત્પન્ન થઈ શકે તેવી કોઈપણ એલર્જીક પ્રતિક્રિયા, ત્વચાની બળતરા, ફોલ્લાઓ, દાઝવું, કાયમી રંગ-બદલાવ, ડાઘ, યા અન્ય કોઈ પ્રતિકૂળ સ્વાસ્થ્ય અસર માટે કોઈપણ કાયદાકીય, આર્થિક, યા તબીબી જવાબદારી સ્વીકારતા નથી — પછી ભલે તે અમારા કોન દ્વારા હોય કે ગ્રાહક દ્વારા લાવેલા કોન દ્વારા.

અમારી મહેંદી સેવા મેળવીને, તમે વિના શરતે સ્વીકારો છો:

  • મહેંદી લગાવવાથી ઉત્પન્ન થતી કોઈપણ ત્વચા પ્રતિક્રિયા યા સ્વાસ્થ્ય અસરની પૂરી વ્યક્તિગત જવાબદારી તમારી પોતાની રહેશે.
  • તેના પરિણામ સ્વરૂપ જરૂરી તમામ તબીબી સારવાર, દવાખાના, યા પ્રોફેશનલ દેખભાળનો ખર્ચ.
  • ત્વચા પ્રતિક્રિયાથી થતી આવકની ખોટ, મિસ થયેલી ઇવેન્ટ, યા માનસિક તકલીફ.
⚕️ અમે કુદરતી મહેંદી (Natural Henna) નો ઉપયોગ કરીએ છીએ. છતાં, સંવેદનશીલ ત્વચા ધરાવતા વ્યક્તિઓને પ્રતિક્રિયા થઈ શકે છે. અપોઇન્ટમેન્ટના ઓછામાં ઓછા ૪૮ કલાક પહેલાં પેચ ટેસ્ટ (Patch Test) કરાવવાની ભલામણ કરવામાં આવે છે.

મહેંદી કોન — સામગ્રી અંગે અસ્વીકૃતિ

  • જો ગ્રાહક પોતાનો કોન લાવે છે, તો તેની ગુણવત્તા, સંરચના, સુરક્ષા યા કોઈ આડઅસર માટે અમે કોઈ જવાબદારી સ્વીકારતા નથી.
  • કોઈપણ થર્ડ-પાર્ટી મહેંદી પ્રોડક્ટની ગુણવત્તા, સુરક્ષા યા યોગ્યતા અંગે અમે કોઈ વોરંટી (Warranty) આપતા નથી.
  • ગ્રાહકના સંગ્રહ યા ગેરવહીવટના કારણે ફ્લો (Flow) ન થતા, સૂકાઈ જતા, યા અનપેક્ષિત રંગ આપતા કોન માટે અમે જવાબદાર નથી.

ડિઝાઇન પરિણામ અંગે અસ્વીકૃતિ

  • બધી ડિઝાઇન ફોટોગ્રાફ્સ ફક્ત પ્રતિનિધિત્વ (ઉદાહરણ) માટે છે. વાસ્તવિક પરિણામ ભિન્ન હોઈ શકે છે.
  • અમે કોઈ ખાસ ડિઝાઇન પરિણામ, રંગની તીવ્રતા, યા મહેંદીના રંગના સમય અંગે કોઈ ગેરંટી આપતા નથી.
  • અમારા નિયંત્રણ બહારના કુદરતી પરિબળો — ત્વચાનો પ્રકાર, દવાઓ, ભેજ, તાપમાન — અંતિમ પરિણામને અસર કરે છે.
  • વેબસાઇટ પર દર્શાવેલી કિંમતો ફક્ત અંદાજિત છે. અંતિમ કિંમત ડિઝાઇનની જટિલતા અને સમય પર આધારિત છે.
